It is wise to have a pre-proposal discussion to weigh the merits of the proposal with the community before putting it up for vote. Many times a proposal may fail simply because the requester is asking for too much to start with.
A general rule is to start small. Build trust with the community and build out the proposal work with the community support.
Going all in for a $10 000 proposal for an unknown and untrusted user will almost certainly fail and the masternode network will vote down your idea, however great it may be.
Thanks for the transparency @BizzyB! I am positive that everyone will like us showing what is happening as well as being open with the initial coins being given away instead of burnt.
It is hard to give away coins to the miners as we cannot alter the block rewards.
